With a daily capacity to manufacture 1250 furniture and 750 armchairs at its production facility of 140.000 m2 and 40.000 m2 showroom space, Bürotime delivers orders to its users by honoring its claim for “fastest production & delivery”.

TECHNOLOGY

Sophisticated technology and its applications are used in all processes starting from the project stage all the way through raw material supply, production, packaging, delivery and after sales support, ensuring that production runs smoothly. Throughout the journey of Industry 4.0 (New generation Production Technology) it has started five years ago, Bürotime’s organization scheme of production has gone through reformation in accordance with the changing needs; first of which being the ERP systems modernization. This led to the setting up of “Bürotime Data Collection System” that can instantly evaluate production data. Consistently developing the CRM, B2B and service modules through various investments, the leader manufacturer pays extra attention to applications that provide cyber security, and aims at producing sustainable products and services with high competitive power and added value in the production economy.

PRODUCTION

Since the first day of its operations, Bürotime produces in world standards with modernization works it conducted in production technology, environment-friendly infrastructure and sustainable environmental policies. Within the framework of its “Integrated Management System Policy” Quality Assurance System Bürotime adopts as a principle the use of raw material that will not risk the environment and human health, reducing waste, and increasing rate of recycling.

In order attain the goals it determined within the scope of “Total Quality Management” Bürotime has built its major strategy on providing quality input, implementing quality plans religiously, training employees, increasing controls durıng production and organizing preventative activities regarding possible discrepancies by ensuring employee participation. Greenguard Gold (Certificate of Conformity for UL Environment Standards), Geprüfte Sicherheit (German Certificate for Product and Equipment Safety), TÜV Rheinland (Certificate for Quality Management System), USA Trademark Registration Certificate (Trademark, Patent and Intellectual Property Registration), TS EN ISO 18001 (Certificate for Occupational Health and Safety Management), TS EN ISO 9001 (Certificate for Quality Management System), TSE EN ISO 14001 are among the certificates it acquired.

DELIVERY &
INSTALLATION

The entirety of the processes that a product goes through from approval of order to delivery are monitored and controlled via optical barcode and RF ID applications. Entry and end product controls are conducted by quality control team and the employed operators in accordance with the control and process criteria. The assembly and settlement of the products based on the project at the time of delivery are done according to the user’s suggestions and requests.

PLANNING SUPPORT

Bürotime carries out its work along with over 600 architects and various project offices; and it aims at bringing novelty to work and living spaces with its sustainable projects and designs. Closely following the design trends in the world, the leader manufacturer helps its own architects improve in this area, and includes the industry professionals abroad into the work processes.

AFTER SALES
SERVICES

All products manufactured by Bürotime receive free maintenance services throughout their warranty period by concept showrooms and dealers. In the event of delivery or manufacturing-related errors and failures, dealers take care of the maintenance service completely free of charge.
